These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you" or "your") and the operator of the BAJ88 platform (hereinafter "BAJ88", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") accessible at the domain baj88.cam.

| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the primary display currency used in Account interfaces. |
By accessing, browsing or using the BAJ88 Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, placing a Wager, redeeming a Bonus or contacting support — you confirm that you:

The BAJ88 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the jurisdiction in which the applicable license is held, to open an Account or place a Wager. BAJ88 applies rigorous age verification procedures. Any Account found to belong to a person under the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled and any remaining balance subject to forfeiture at the operator's discretion.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. BAJ88 is not licensed by any Pakistani authority. Pakistani users must independently verify the legal status of online gambling activity in their jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for any consequences arising from non-compliance with applicable local law.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses or payment methods by the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, BAJ88 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close the accounts concerned, and to cancel any associated Bonuses or pending Wagers.
The following categories of persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account: persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; persons under the applicable minimum age; persons acting on behalf of another for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions; and employees or contractors of BAJ88 or its affiliates where conflicts of interest arise.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during account registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. BAJ88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. BAJ88 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. All activity conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed and Bonuses redeemed — is your responsibility until you report any suspected compromise to support.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining Account Balance is subject to the withdrawal verification process. Accounts with active Bonus funds may not be withdrawn prior to completion of applicable Wagering Requirements unless the Bonus is first forfeited.
BAJ88 is required to conduct identity and address verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and platform-compliance obligations. KYC may be required at account opening, prior to the processing of any withdrawal or at any other time determined by the operator.
KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following: a government-issued identity document (national identity card, passport or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months); and, where applicable, evidence of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal requests cannot be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of BAJ88. BAJ88 reserves the right to suspend Account access and hold funds pending KYC completion. Funds held during KYC review do not accrue interest.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as context references in the cashier. These providers are referenced for user familiarity only. None of the foregoing institutions endorse, support or authorise gambling on BAJ88. Availability of any specific method, applicable fees and minimum/maximum deposit limits are determined by the operator and subject to change without notice.
Account balances are displayed in PKR. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the operator or the relevant payment intermediary. BAJ88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your BAJ88 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted. BAJ88 reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method and request source-of-funds documentation where suspicious deposit patterns are identified.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: full completion of KYC verification; clearance of any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds; and satisfactory completion of the operator's internal compliance review. BAJ88 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Estimates provided in the cashier are operator-indicated and may vary based on method, transaction volume and compliance status.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. BAJ88 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where the originating payment method does not support payouts or where compliance requirements apply.
Where a Bonus offer specifies a maximum cash-out limit, winnings generated from Bonus funds in excess of that cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the Account Balance following completion of Wagering Requirements. The applicable maximum cash-out is stated in the individual bonus terms for each promotion.
All Wagers are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game or event as published on the Platform. In the case of discrepancy between a general rule and a market-specific rule, the market-specific rule prevails. BAJ88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, at incorrect odds or as a result of a technical malfunction.
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. BAJ88 has no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket franchise. Match results are confirmed from official sources, and BAJ88 does not accept responsibility for delays in official result confirmation.
Odds on in-play markets change rapidly. BAJ88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Wagers placed during a suspension window may be voided at the operator's discretion. Connectivity or latency issues on the user's end do not entitle the user to void a validly accepted Wager.
A Wager may be declared void — and the original stake returned — in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement (where the event does not resume within the operator's published timeframe); incorrect odds applied due to technical error; or breach of these Terms by the user in connection with the Wager.
Each Bonus or promotional offer issued by BAJ88 is accompanied by specific terms covering the Wagering Requirement, maximum bet during bonus play, eligible games/markets, bonus expiry period, maximum cash-out and minimum qualifying deposit. By opting into a Bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general T&C.
The Wagering Requirement specifies the number of times the Bonus amount must be bet through qualifying products before the associated balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a Bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying Wagers. Game contribution rates (the percentage of each Wager that counts toward rollover) vary by product category and are stated in the applicable bonus terms.
While a Bonus is active and the Wagering Requirement has not been met, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing Wagers in excess of this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet is stated in individual bonus terms.
BAJ88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit offers; coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements; low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies executed with the intention of extracting Bonus value without genuine risk; and use of automated software or bots to meet Wagering Requirements. Detection of Bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Any Bonus figures cited on the BAJ88 Platform — including amounts such as PKR 25,000, PKR 10,000 or PKR 15,000 — are illustrative unless confirmed as active live promotions in the Platform's current promotions section. BAJ88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BAJ88 Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, voiding of all pending and settled Wagers, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable operating license. This jurisdiction may differ from Pakistan. BAJ88 is not licensed or regulated under any Pakistani law, and Pakistani courts are not the designated forum for dispute resolution under these Terms.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact BAJ88 support in writing to seek informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism and jurisdiction specified in the operator's license terms.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence — you should seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain of your rights.
